About this role
Performs general facility and maintenance duties, provides production support and assists in sanitation control within a one level 45,500 square foot facility. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs cleaning and janitorial duties and limited grounds maintenance Performs scheduled custodial duties as directed by engineering manager, including, but not limited to; Trash/recycling - empty shop floor trash/recycle bins daily, empty office trash/recycle bins daily, vacuum executive offices as requi. This is a flooring and tile opportunity with BOSTON CENTERLESS LLC in Woburn, Middlesex County. Flooring and tile installation — hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. Installers prep subfloors, lay materials, and finish edges for a durable, level result.
