About this role

Innovate 3D, a custom exhibit company in Las Vegas, is looking to add a skilled fabricator to our team. We build tradeshow exhibits and custom displays, and we need someone who can wear multiple hats in the shop. What we're looking for: Experience in welding, carpentry, and finishing work Hands-on knowledge of Formica and laminate application Plywood tradeshow wall construction Scenic or theming background is a big plus What you'll be doing: Building tradeshow wa. This is a welding and fabrication opportunity with INNOVATE 3D in Las Vegas, Clark County. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.

What you'll do

  • Weld using MIG, TIG, or stick as required
  • Read and interpret fabrication drawings
  • Cut and grind metal to spec
  • Inspect welds for strength and quality
  • Follow shop safety and PPE requirements
