About this role

Highly skilled with OST/QB to produce takeoff and proposals. Evaluate all contract documents including; bid drawings, specifications, general conditions, and project site logistics. Review labor rates, material costs, and construction equipment. Participate in pre-construction phase of projects to help sell and finalize project budgeting which includes; development of alternatives, constructability evaluations, and value engineering. Current Experience in Commerc. This is a carpentry opportunity with Agave Paint And Drywall LLC in Las Vegas, Clark County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.
