Estimator — Design-Build Plumbing Preconstruction / Estimating 1227 N. Tustin Ave., Anaheim, CA 92807 Salary: $100K – $110K (BOE) Performance Incentives 2–5 years of experience About the Role: We're looking for an Estimator to prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for commercial plumbing construction projects in a design-build environment. You'll play a key role in shaping project budgets and bid proposals, working under the direction of the Director of P. This is a plumbing opportunity with Wallace P. Johnson Plumbing & Heating, Inc. in Anaheim, Orange County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

What you'll do

  • Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
  • Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
