About this role
Day- to-day, you will be systems including HVAC equipment such as performing preventative maintenance, and completing a whole, handling general facility needs as they arise - from plumbing, fire protection, that supports the delivery of quality care. This is a plumbing opportunity with Epic in Manchester, NH. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
