About this role

The Engineer is part of our engineering team and responsible for all technical operations at the hotel. This individual will troubleshoot and repair electrically run motors & devices, HVAC systems, carpentry projects, and plumbing projects, as well as minor automotive repairs and painting. Respond to and attend guest repair requests in a timely manner. Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Ensure each day’s activities and any. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
