Electrician Lead (Hands-On Journeymen-Level Electrical Worker)
About this role
We are seeking experienced Lead Electricians to plan, direct, and supervise awarded projects performed by a team of electricians, apprentices, and labor candidates with interest of pursuing the field. This role is a hands-on journeymen-level position working in accordance with assigned Project Managers, estimators and office support to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate electrical install. This is a electrical opportunity with Battaglia Industries Inc in Chicago, Cook County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
