Our client needs a drywall project manager/estimator that is responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The ideal project manager will work collaboratively using effective and positive communication with the project team, consultants, clients, prime contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction over the. This is a construction opportunity with K2 Staffing, LLC in San Diego, San Diego County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
