HVAC Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate Are you a skilled and customer-focused daily checklist of truck maintenance and reporting in/out times equipment. Maintain a clean and organized truck and workspace , including driving a forklift/ appliance lift, is a plus. This is a HVAC opportunity with Baker Distributing Company LLC in Bakersfield, CA. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

What you'll do

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
