Demolition Working Foreman / Crew Lead We are an established demolition company serving Orange County and surrounding areas looking for an experienced, dependable Working Foreman / Crew Lead to join our team. This is a hands-on position. We are looking for someone who can work alongside the crew while also taking responsibility for keeping jobs organized, productive, and safe. Responsibilities - Lead and work alongside a demolition crew - Coordinate daily jobsi. This is a construction opportunity with BC HAULING AND DEMOLITION INC in Irvine, Orange County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
