About this role

We are hiring Demolition Technicians for commercial and industrial demolition projects throughout Maryland. Project Details: Location: Maryland Pay Rate: $23.00–$36.00 per hour (based on experience) Employment Type: Full-time We are seeking experienced demolition professionals with hands-on knowledge of mechanical demolition in commercial and industrial environments. Scope of Work: Pipe removal HVAC duct cutting and dismantling Mechanical equipment demolition and removal Selective demolition of. This is a HVAC opportunity with Bergman Brothers in Baltimore, Baltimore County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

What you'll do

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
