Demolition Superintendent Independence Demolition is looking for a Demolition Superintendent to join our expanding team! As the Demolition Superintendent , you will manage industrial and/or commercial demolition projects and supervise the day-to-day activities involved with a particular project. The Superintendent will assess the resources needed for each assignment and generate cost estimates based on their assessment to inform the project's budget. Who is IX? From breaking ground to the finis. This is a construction opportunity with DiGeronimo Companies in Glendale, Denver. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
