About this role
Build Something That Matters Expert Dewatering & Construction (EDC) is an established Florida General Contractor specializing in heavy civil construction, dewatering, excavation, underground utilities, and site development. As we continue to grow, we are launching a dedicated Commercial Demolition Division and are looking for an experienced leader to build it with us. (SALARY WILL BE BASED ON VERIFIABLE INCOME) This is not just another management position. We are. This is a construction opportunity with Expert Dewtaering Inc in Pompano Beach, Broward County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
