Position: Customer Service Representative Position Reports To Branch Manager/CSR Director Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you are a direct point of contact for any patient, care giver, referral source, or commercial account that contacts Care Medical either in pe. This is a driving and delivery opportunity with Quipt Home Medical in Wasilla, Matanuska-Susitna. Driving, delivery, and courier work. Drivers transport goods safely and on time, plan routes, and provide friendly service at each stop.
What you'll do
- Load, transport, and deliver goods safely
- Plan and follow efficient routes
- Complete delivery logs and paperwork
- Inspect and maintain the vehicle
- Provide courteous customer service
