About this role

Primary Position Objective Performs general maintenance and landscaping duties on Center grounds and surrounding areas. Follows policies and procedures in accordance with DOL, PRH, Center and Serrato Corporation requirements. Brief Description of Duties Performs necessary skilled or unskilled work in one or more areas of plumbing, heating, carpentry, painting and minor construction as needed. Paints interiors or exteriors of Center buildings or any other surfaces with hand brush or spray gun. P. This is a plumbing opportunity with Serrato Corporation in Southeast, Genesee County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

  • Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
