JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the preparation of market-ready units, including. This is a cleaning and janitorial opportunity with Picerne Real Estate Group in Warwick, Kent County. Cleaning, janitorial, and custodial work for homes, offices, or facilities. Cleaners sanitize surfaces, manage waste, and keep spaces presentable and safe.
