About this role

Lead the following tasks for assigned programs in NA: Drive resolution to Open Product Development issues. Develop monthly KPI status to target using TTF (Time to Fix) & Percent on-time KPIs Assist in driving resolution to Open Serial Life issues. Develop monthly KPI status to target using TTF (Time to Fix) & Percent on-time KPIs Create Propulsion System KPIs for new programs at required milestones. Collaborate with PHES Engineering & other stakeholders Track “Status to Target” for PHES 3MIS Wa. This is a HVAC opportunity with Stellantis in Auburn Hills, Oakland County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
