About this role

Construction superintendent will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating labor, ordering materials, and ensuring a project is being completed on time and in strict accordance with North Carolina building code and local ordinances. This position is for a working superintendent. you will be expected to perform with your crew. We are looking for experienced supervision with industrial construction experience to turn key projects. This is a construction opportunity with S&S Industrial Corporation in Ramseur, Randolph County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
