About this role

Job Requirements: Current First Aid and CPR certifications. 30-hour OSHA certification. Proficient in Reading Blueprints and Project Documents. Scheduling experience. Prefer 10 years of experience as a Superintendent. Duties: The Superintendent will: Promote Job-Site Safety. Coordinate and supervise the construction process through final construction, ensuring timely completion within budget. Develop and distribute “Look Ahead” schedules to subcontractors. Work w. This is a construction opportunity with BAHA Construction in Pueblo, Pueblo County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
