Construction Site Laborer (Temporary Part-Time) - PASADENA, CA We're looking for a dependable Construction Site Laborer to join our team on a temporary part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to gain experience in construction. For the right person, this position has the potential to become full-time. Responsibilities Assist experienced tradespeople with daily construction work. Load, unload, move, and organize. This is a construction opportunity with MSB Constructors, Inc. in Pasadena, Los Angeles County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
