About this role

Job Function: The Project Manager has day to day responsibility for construction of the work at a profit and ensuring the project is built on schedule and within budget, while exceeding expectations for quality and safety. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Development of Construction Documents: A. Finalize design from concept to completion with owner (if required). B. Contract professional services, schedule, coordinate and obtain: 1) Site plan approval. 2) Coordin. This is a construction opportunity with Altmann Construction Co., Inc. in Kenosha, Kenosha County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
