Commercial Roofing Project Manager Location: City of Industry, CA (onsite) Department: Roofing & Waterproofing Reports To: Sales Manager What You'll Do As a Commercial Roofing Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple roofing and waterproofing projects while ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include: Manage commercial roofing projects from contract award through final completion. This is a construction opportunity with Anning-Johnson Company in La Puente, Los Angeles County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
