POSITION SUMMARY The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, monitoring, and delivering multiple commercial construction projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements and client expectations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Manage multiple commercial construction projects from turnover through closeout. · Develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets. · Lead kickoff mee. This is a construction opportunity with CML Security in Murfreesboro, Rutherford County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
