Salary: DOE ZTEX Construction is a heavy civil contractor specializing in earthwork, concrete, asphalt paving, underground utilities, and overall project management. We are locally owned, and we are always in search of talented Project Managers, who are looking to grow and join a dynamic and rewarding team. The ideal candidate will be very knowledgeable in project management within the construction industry, willing to learn, take initiative, positive and committ. This is a construction opportunity with ZTEX Construction in El Paso, El Paso County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
