As a member of the Exxel TEAM, the Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of one or more construction projects from pre-construction and project set-up to closeout and delivers projects. This is a construction opportunity with Exxel Pacific in Bellevue, King County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
