About this role

Manage small phases and defined scopes of construction work on life science and commercial projects from planning through execution and closeout. Implement project scopes of work based on established project schedules, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives. Coordinate and oversee MEP systems within commercial construction projects, ensuring proper integration with architectural and structural elements. Lead. This is a construction opportunity with Actalent in Trenton, Gilchrist County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
