Construction Manager
About this role
The primary purpose of this position is to manage the technical aspects of assigned development and modernization projects including, but not limited to, mixed finance developments and modernization projects. A technical resource to development and project management that both prepares and reviews 3rd party independent cost estimates, scopes of services for professional services, A/E services, scopes of work for construction work, technical studies and re. This is a kitchen and food service opportunity with Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. Kitchen and food-service work — prep, line, dish, and service. Team members prepare food, keep stations clean, and support fast, safe service.
