Construction/Maintenance Project Manager II
About this role
This position provides project management in planning and directing the construction of large scale and/or multiple concurrent complex capital renewal and specialty projects. Projects typically include one or more of the following fields: HVAC, electrical, generator, conveying systems, building envelope systems, life safety systems, interior renovations/modifications, site, and structural elements, etc. Specifically, provides senior project management leadership and is responsible for the overa. This is a electrical opportunity with Fairfax County Government in Fairfax, Fairfax County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
