PAY: DOE NO PER DIEM – LOCAL WORK JOB DETAILS: Start Date: Mid-September 2026 Schedule: 10–12 hour shifts Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Construction and solar farm labor No previous solar exp. This is a farm and agricultural opportunity with NCW in Farmington, San Juan County. Farm, ranch, and agricultural field work. Workers plant, tend, and harvest crops or care for livestock, often outdoors and seasonally.
