Construction Laborer Location: Sioux Falls, SD Pay: $18-$23/hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am- 5 pm This role supports a newly launched commercial construction site by providing hands-on labor and assisting with a variety of building tasks, with strong potential for permanent employment based on performance. The position involves working closely with a small crew on commercial new construction projects, contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality completion o. This is a construction opportunity with Aerotek in Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
