About this role

Owned* commercial construction company. With offices for skilled Laborers for an exciting project support our experienced carpenters by moving materials, maintain a clean jobsite, and measure/cut concrete forming systems for hammer drill, saw, demolition hammer, etc.) *. This is a carpentry opportunity with McCarthy Building in Chattanooga, TN. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.

What you'll do

  • Frame walls, install trim, doors, and cabinetry
  • Measure and cut lumber accurately
  • Read and work from construction drawings
  • Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
  • Ensure level, square, and plumb results
