Approximately 4 month renovation job for an experienced Construction Foreman. Responsiblities to include: On site daily and oversee day to day operations Coordinate subcontractors, material orders and deliveries Help with hands on minor work when (if) needed Assist with punch list and project closeout. This is a construction opportunity with E.B.Morris General Contractors, Inc. in Homestead, Miami-Dade County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
