About this role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Fleet Manager to oversee our comprehensive fleet operations, equipment maintenance, and daily shop logistics. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring our mixed fleet of over 300 assets, including cranes, excavators, commercial trucks, trailers, and support equipment remains safe, compliant, and highly available to support heavy civil construction projects. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive heavy equipment mai. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. in Santa Clara, Santa Clara County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
