Construction Estimator for Paving Company *Familiar with ONLINE PLAN TAKE OFFS *Good Customer Service Calls *Bilingual a plus (Strong English) *Estimating knowledge, excellent follow through and closing skills. This is a construction opportunity with Frank And Son Paving Inc in Chula Vista, San Diego County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
Operate hand and power tools safely
Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec

Helpful skills

Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbsReliable transportation and on-time attendanceBasic tool and blueprint familiarityOSHA-10 a plus
