About this role

Position Summary: Sonic’s Construction Coordinator is responsible for coordinating construction efforts through in-house and contract labor for new construction and rebuild projects. The Construction Coordinator is responsible for the quality of work performed by subcontractors and reporting of subcontractor performance. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: The Construction Coordinator is a full-time (40 hours per week), non-exempt/hourly position. Typical schedule is Monday through Friday 6am. This is a construction opportunity with Sonic Internet + Phone in Bellflower, Los Angeles County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
