General Work Scope Inclusions 1. Provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete the work indicated herein and as directed by Graham site supervision. Note: most of this building is being utilized as a Laboratory and needs to be cleaned to those standards. o Final Cleaning all rooms including, but not limited to: ▪ Wiping down all walls, doors, base boards ▪ Cleaning of all cabinetry ▪ Cleaning all floors o Interior and exterior glass surfaces and. This is a flooring and tile opportunity with Innovative Cleaning Services in Fremont, Alameda County. Flooring and tile installation — hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. Installers prep subfloors, lay materials, and finish edges for a durable, level result.
