Southland Holdings Company is currently accepting resumes for highly motivated Concrete Laborers to join our team in El Paso, TX at our project. Concrete Laborers OSHA 10/30 preferred Bilingual preferred but not required Opportunity for lots of working hours Requirements: • Construction experience *Experience laying sanitary sewer, utilities, pipeline, RCP storm drain and waterline. • Must be physically capable of navigating rugged terrain for purpose of performing duties outlined above. • Must. This is a construction opportunity with Southland Holdings LLC in Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo, El Paso County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
