About this role
Construction Concrete Labor Kading Construction is looking to add permanent team members to our construction crews. Ideal candidates must be 18 years of age or older, have reliable transportation to our job sites, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work in inclement weather. This position would be located at multiple locations under construction throughout Central Iowa. Applicant should have a basic understanding of construction, some level of experience in concrete finishing, landscaping, fr. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with Kading in Urbandale, Polk County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.
What you'll do
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
- Plant, mulch, and maintain beds
- Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Install and maintain irrigation
- Remove debris and keep sites tidy
