About this role
Archer Western Construction is currently seeking a Concrete Finisher for the WCNTRL/Kyle FM 1626 Pump Station Improvements , in Kyle, Texas . The Concrete Finisher's primary function is to smooth and finish surfaces of recently poured concrete to specified quality and textures with the use of hand and/or power tools. Our employees are built to succeed. Employees are provided the opportunity to work all over the U.S. in our Building, Transportation, and Water Divisions, as well as gaini. This is a construction opportunity with Walsh Group in Kyle, Hays County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
