Legacy is seeking a dedicated, self-motivated Community Manager / Maintenance Technician to oversee the daily operations and physical maintenance of one of our manufactured home communities. This unique role is ideal for an individual who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities, resident relations, sales, and hands-on maintenance while taking pride in creating a safe, attractive, and welcoming community. By joining Legacy, you will become part of a team committed to cultivating thrivin. This is a production and manufacturing opportunity with Legacy Communities IV LLC in Chico, Butte County. Production, assembly, and machine operation on the factory floor. Operators run equipment, assemble products, and meet quality and output targets.
