Our Project Estimator is essential to the success of our company in securing projects through competitive pricing of our work. Your daily tasks include outlining job specifications, building the bid, developing options, creating bid proposals and procuring equipment an. This is a HVAC opportunity with Comm Air in Houston, Harris County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

What you'll do

Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
Communicate repairs clearly to customers
