Commercial Spray Painter

Do not call or Text SJS Industrial, a veteran owned media blasting, industrial painting, powder coating, and light fabrication shop in Virginia Beach, VA, that serves military and maritime customers, is seeking a full-time professional, booth experienced painter to work Monday through Friday from 12:30PM to 9PM. This position will start on 1st shift and move to 2nd shift. Saturday or evening shifts might happen occasionally if there is a special project with a tight deadline, but the goal is a. This is a welding and fabrication opportunity with SJS Executives LLC in Virginia Beach, Virginia Beach City. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.
What you'll do
- Weld using MIG, TIG, or stick as required
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Cut and grind metal to spec
- Inspect welds for strength and quality
- Follow shop safety and PPE requirements
