About this role

The Service Technician performs tasks and responds to a high volume of repair and maintenance orders ranging from minor handyman-type repairs to medium commercial renovation projects. The Service Technician can work independently with minimal supervision and have a variety of construction skill sets, including but not limited to basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and drywall. The Service Technician must be focused on delivering a positive experience. This is a electrical opportunity with KDC Service & Maintenance in San Jose, Santa Clara County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

What you'll do

Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
Assist licensed electricians as needed
