We're hiring a COMMERCIAL ROOFING EXPERT who can work independently between job sites and a home office. The right candidate can perform roof inspections of various types - Quality Assurance on roof replacements or new construction, leak investigation, and evaluations for problem identification to determine repair or replacement. Job Details Perform QUALITY ASSURANCE inspections, not to be confused with progress inspections, on new construction and re-roofing pro. This is a construction opportunity with ROOF RESOURCES INC in Nashville, Davidson County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
