Position Title: Commercial Roofer Salary Range: $21.00 - $29.00 Hourly Description A commercial roofer is responsible for performing general work on commercial reroofs and/or roof applications for new commercial constructions. The applicant can participate in in our career advancement program which includes training to achieve the skills to become a Journeyman. Some roofing or relative construction experience is preferred. Job Details Job Type Full time Compensat. This is a construction opportunity with Upson Company in Caldwell, Canyon County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec

Physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbsReliable transportation and on-time attendanceBasic tool and blueprint familiarityOSHA-10 a plus
