Project Manager – Commercial Construction | Remote (Seattle, WA Area) \n Lead High-Impact Commercial Design-Build Projects \n Location: Seattle, WA Area (Remote; must live within 1hr) \n \n My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex commercial design-build projects focused on energy efficiency, HVAC modernization, capital improvements, and infrastructure upgrades. \n \n This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company where you'll have the auto. This is a HVAC opportunity with Talent Edge Recruiting in Everett, Glynn County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
