Professional cleaning and facility maintenance solutions HVAC Maintenance / Handyman Technician begin each day from our office maintenance and general repairs at , plumbing, and mechanical , drywall, painting, and minor roofing repairs ~ Valid driver' s license. This is a plumbing opportunity with AB Facility Services in Bethesda, MD. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

What you'll do

Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
Cut, thread, and solder pipe
Read plans and follow plumbing code
Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
