About this role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician with a valid Connecticut OE2 or S2 license for a direct hire position in the Hartford, CT area Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (on-site) Pay: $45 - $55 per hour (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Life and disability insurance, and 401(k) Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain. This is a HVAC opportunity with SST Direct in Hartford, Hartford County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
