Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent to join our team and oversee project operations from start to finish. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities : - Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction proj. This is a construction opportunity with Huff Construction Company, Inc. in Truckee, Nevada County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
