PMI is a Commercial Construction and Facility Service Company We currently have the following position available: Construction - Project Manager Required skills & experience: Experienced Project Manager needed to manage construction projects; renovations, new construction, repair & maintenance work. Manage multiple projects from start to finish: Estimating Scheduling Mobilizing Submittals Shop Drawings Supervise day to day onsite operations Close out packages Mus. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Piece Management, Inc. in River Edge, Bergen County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
